Telehealth for Substance Use Disorder Treatment in a Post-Pandemic World – MCBAP, CME & Social Work CEU Credit Approved

Please join the Michigan Opioid Collaborative for a presentation and discussion on treatment gaps and barriers/facilitators to care for people with substance use disorders (SUDs). The discussion will go over the impacts of COVID-19 on SUD telehealth policies and on SUD medication and psychotherapy treatment with a focus on recent and ongoing policy changes affecting telehealth for SUD care. This includes recent DEA proposed changes after the public health emergency expires and considerations for telehealth-delivered SUD care to improve access and quality of treatment beyond the pandemic. Q&A and discussion to follow.
